Services We Provide

visionzerohbg offers AC repair, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and installation services for central air systems and ductless mini-splits. Service availability may vary by location, technician scheduling, weather conditions, and parts availability. We may decline or reschedule work when conditions are unsafe or outside our scope.

Estimates & Authorization

When possible, we provide an estimate before repairs begin. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may change if hidden damage, incorrect prior work, or additional issues are discovered during service. You authorize us to perform agreed work when you approve the estimate verbally, in writing, via text/email, or through an online confirmation.

Scheduling & Access

Appointment times are estimated windows, not guaranteed arrival times. You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the equipment, utilities, and work area (including attic, crawlspace, electrical panel, and outdoor condenser area if applicable). If we cannot access the system or conditions are unsafe (pets not secured, hazardous wiring, blocked equipment, etc.), we may need to reschedule and may charge a trip or diagnostic fee where permitted.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and disclosing known issues that may affect service (water leaks, electrical problems, prior refrigerant leaks, code violations, or previous repairs). You agree not to operate the system in a way that could cause further damage once a malfunction is identified (for example, running a unit with severe icing or electrical faults).

Pricing, Fees & Payment

Prices may include diagnostic fees, labor, parts, and applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in additional fees as permitted by law. For larger installations or special-order parts, a deposit may be required before scheduling or procurement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or inability to provide access may result in a service call fee where permitted. We may also reschedule due to severe weather, emergencies, technician illness, or parts delays.

Parts, Equipment & Special Orders

Installed parts and equipment are subject to manufacturer availability and warranty terms. Special-order parts, custom equipment, and permitted materials may be non-refundable once ordered. If an equipment model becomes unavailable, we may propose a comparable alternative at a similar price point, subject to your approval.

Warranties

Any workmanship warranty we offer applies only to the specific repair or installation performed by visionzerohbg and does not cover unrelated failures, normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, power surges, environmental damage, or work performed by others. Parts and equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may require registration or proof of maintenance.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, visionzerohbg is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim related to service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
